Notice of Preparation (NOP) of Environmental Impact Report for Surf! Busway and Bus Rapid Transit

Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) is developing the Surf! Busway and Bus Rapid Transit Project, a 6-mile long express transit corridor, parallel to Highway 1, connecting Marina to Seaside within the railroad right-of-way. Click here to view project details.

EIR Public Scoping Meeting: MST will hold a public scoping meeting on the project in conformance with Public Resources Code §§ 21080.4(b) and 21083.9. Due to COVID-19 public safety concerns, this meeting will take place via video conference call.  Members of the public and public agencies are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the scope and content of the EIR.
