MST Donates Vehicles To Local Groups Supporting Agriculture Employees And Employers
On Friday, July 24th, MST donated 2 minibuses to Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS).
The buses will be used to support efforts by CSVS and the Grower-Shipper Association of Central California to provide additional services, including the ability to conduct COVID19 field testing, and other resources to agriculture workers in the Salinas Valley and throughout Monterey County.
Christopher Valadez, President, Grower-Shipper Association of Central California stated,
“At the Grower-Shipper Association of Central California, we continue to foster innovative partnerships to support the needs of agriculture employers and employees throughout the region. MST reached out asking to help and collaborating with CSVS was a logical connection. This is a win-win for all organizations involved.”
“CSVS is thankful to receive 2 retired minibuses from MST. We can use these vehicles as we expand our abilities to provide medical services to Monterey County’s essential agriculture workers”, commented Dr. Maximiliano Cuevas, CEO Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS).
MST General Manager/CEO, Carl Sedoryk added, “MST is proud to join with CSVS and the Grower-Shipper Association of Central California as we work together to strengthen the community we serve, and make Monterey County a healthier place to live and work.”
