Carmel Valley, CA -- The Carmel Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 5th Annual Art & Wine Celebration on June 13, 2009 from 11am – 5pm in Carmel Valley, California. The celebration will showcase over 60 artists, local wines and musicians with restaurants, shops and galleries throughout the Village. The event is free and open to public, including transportation via the Grapevine Express.
The 5th Annual Art & Wine Celebration in Carmel Valley highlights art exhibits that line the streets throughout the Village, including plein air artists, photographers, jewelry designers, and an assortment of local crafts. Fine art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, and a fine selection of cafes and restaurants will welcome quests in the quaint surroundings while local musicians fill the air with live music. Some of our live entertainment includes: The Money Band, Simple Pleasures and Kiki Whitman who will play on three stages each located at Del Fino Place, Center Street and White Oaks Plaza. The event is free and open to the public. For those who enjoy wetting their palette, wine tastings can be purchased throughout the Village on the day of the event. The cost is $15.00 per person which includes 5 tickets for wine tasting and a keepsake wineglass. Additional wine tickets are available for purchase. Join the Chamber in celebrating some of the wonderful sights, tastes and talent the verdant Valley has to offer!
We support the green imitative and encourage attendees to carpool or ride the Grapevine Express, compliments of Carmel Valley Chamber of Commerce. Parking is available but is minimal.
