You may visit any of our three customer service locations to purchase monthly passes, regular, discount and RIDES ticket books or obtain applications for employment, courtesy cards and RIDES certification. Please note: The MST Bus Stop Shop in Monterey is the only location where courtesy cards are issued and purchase orders may be picked-up.

Title VI Notice of Rights

MST operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI regulations (49 CFR Part 21).

Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against under Title VI may file a complaint with MST directly at 1 Ryan Ranch Rd., Monterey, CA 93940. For a complaint form, call 888-678-2871 (TTY/TDD 831-393-8911), email customerservice@mst.org, or download below.

A complaint may be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Attn: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590. Complaints must be filed no later than 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination, unless the time is extended by the FTA.
